Blitz productions is an event management platform, that allows booking a "Ready-made event" or different "Event elements" based on your needs, that will get executed by a verified and quality assured service providers.
- How can I confirm an order?
1- Make order by going to Blitz Productions website >Build your event.
and select add what you need to your cart bag then press "Go to check out"
2- Review your order then read and agree on the terms and conditions then press "Checkout".
3- Fill in the needed information and choose to select the suitable payment option.
4- Blitz Productions team will contact you the same day to review your order and arrange the payment and contract signing.
5- once you pay the deposit, your order is confirmed.
- What is a "Ready event package"?
A "Ready event package" it's an event designed and budgeted by "Blitz productions team", that has all the main components an event would need based on its type and the venue that this event will be hosted at.
Components like ( Seating, Lighting, sound system, photography, Screens, etc). These components vary based on the event type, venue capacity, and standards.
- What is an "Event element"?
An event element, is any component of your event like a chair, a backdrop, sound system, Catering, etc.

- What are the available payment methods?
- Cash: We will send a representative to collect the due amounts, after coordinating with the client
- Bank transfer: The bank information will be observed in the invoice(s).
- Online payment: will be activated soon
- What are the payment terms?
You can pay in two installments:
1- upon contract signature 50% to 70% depends on the conditions of each order
2- on the event day after confirmation of the setup execution by both parties ( Blitz productions & the client) 30 % to 50%
